3. Usage history
Within the framework of the contract with you, we also process data in order to show you uses that have already taken place in the past and to make corresponding suggestions for further uses, including the services of partners. The legal basis for the processing of this data is also Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO, as the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract existing between you and us.
4. Newsletter
We also process data in order to send you e-mails based on any consent you may have given to receive newsletters. The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 a) DSGVO.
Consent to the sending of a newsletter
Insofar as you register for the newsletter stored on the website, you give us your agreement, which can be revoked at any time, to send you the newsletter on a regular basis. The agreement is granted until revoked.
5. Contact form
The
website provides a contact form for contacting us. The data entered
here, insofar as it is personal data, is stored on the server of the

us with further contact information. This is voluntary information for
the processing of which you give us your agreement. The agreement
includes the processing to the same extent as listed for the mandatory
information.
6. E-mail contact
At various points on the website, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. The personal data transmitted, in particular the e-mail address itself, is stored. This data is not passed on to third parties. The data is used exclusively for processing the inquiry. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 f DSGVO. The legitimate interest in processing the data lies in the implementation of the contact. The data will be deleted after the purpose ceases to apply or the communication is terminated. 3. Hotjar
We use the analysis and feedback service Hotjar. The provider is Hotjar Ltd, St. Julians Business Centre 3, Elia Zammit Street 3, St. Julians STJ 3155, Malta. The software enables us to analyze the usage behavior of our visitors by measuring and evaluating clicks, mouse movements and the like on our website. 4. Facebook connect
To make it easier for you to register with us, we use Facebook Connect. The provider is Facebook Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025.
This allows you to log in to our website with your Facebook account and avoid the normal registration process. To register, you will be redirected to the Facebook page, where you can log in with your user data. By linking your Facebook account to www.vufo.de, we automatically receive the following information from Facebook Inc: Name, email address, birthday, gender, language, country, profile picture, Facebook ID, cover picture, friend lists and like-my details.
Of this data, we only use and store the name, email address, date of birth, language and Facebook ID, as they are absolutely necessary to identify you for the conclusion of the contract. We use the data collected by us through Facebook Connect exclusively for the execution of the contract existing between you and VUFO. They are stored until you do not revoke the link between your Facebook account and VUFO.

6. Google DoubleClick
We use the plug-in Google DoubleClick. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphtheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043. DoubleClick uses cookies to present you with advertisements that are relevant to you.
In the process, a pseudonymous identification number (ID) is assigned to your browser in order to check which ads were displayed in your browser and which ads were called up. The use of DoubleClick cookies only enables Google and its partner websites to serve ads based on previous visits to our website or other websites on the Internet. We use the provider YouTube for the integration of videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
On some of our Internet pages, we use plug-ins from the provider YouTube. When you call up the web pages of our website that are provided with such a plug-in – for example, our homepage – a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the plug-in is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plug-in, such as clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. 9. Piwik/Matomo
This website uses the open source software Matomo (formerly Piwik) for statistical analysis of visitor accesses.
Cookies are used to evaluate user accesses. With these text files, which are stored on the computer of the respective user, it is possible to analyze the use of the website. The information and data generated by cookies are stored on a server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized before storage. You can disable the use of cookies in your browser settings. The data is not passed on to third parties. Piwik uses user data in an anonymized form so that we can optimize our website and our offer. IP addresses are stored by Piwik without the last digits.
